Construction Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a high‑performing Construction Project Coordinator to join our fast‑paced, fully remote team. Reporting to Project Managers, you will ensure smooth project execution from pre‑construction through close‑out by handling documentation, communication and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural drawings to support estimating and assist with project handoffs and startup documentation.
• Prepare bid documents, procurement sheets, proposals and maintain organized project files and digital templates.
• Coordinate trade awards, order materials, manage delivery timelines and track RFIs, submittals, shop drawings and change orders.
• Serve as primary point of contact for trades, suppliers and consultants, and support site documentation, reports and weekly meetings.
• Provide administrative support to leadership and project teams, including email, calendar, meeting and documentation management.
• Conduct research, assist with SOP development, workflow design and system implementation, and offer basic technical assistance to partners.
• Maintain accurate records, coordinate shipping, deliveries and inventory, and prepare close‑out documents, warranties and deficiency lists.
• Assist with post‑construction follow‑up, warranty tracking and related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Minimum 5 years of construction administration experience, preferably in the US or Canada.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to work independently, solve problems and collaborate effectively.
