Construction Manager – Site Agent

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to act as the Site Agent for a series of building projects supporting a water treatment plant programme. The role involves overseeing all construction activities from planning through to completion, ensuring that each building is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, organise resources, and manage the interface between design, procurement and on‑site execution.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee building‑related work from construction start to handover.
• Manage Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) aspects throughout the project.
• Control project costs and ensure financial targets are met.
• Prepare and maintain status reports, tracking progress against schedule.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Construction Management or a related field.
• Strong decision‑making and communication abilities.
• Proven leadership experience in construction environments.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SHEQ management.
