Computer Application Studies Educator (FET) – High School

About the role

SPARK Schools is seeking dynamic educators to join its high‑school talent pool as Computer Application Studies teachers for the FET phase. You will deliver both face‑to‑face and blended learning experiences, helping scholars achieve matriculation success while fostering inquiry‑based learning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, teach, and co‑teach classroom and distance lessons in Computer Application Studies.
• Collaborate with grade‑level and content partners to design rigorous, engaging curricula.
• Develop and administer formative and termly assessments, analyse data, and intervene to support student growth.
• Lead social and emotional development sessions through CQ (Character Quotient) activities.
• Design programmes for low‑performing scholars and enrichment for high‑performers.
• Participate in place‑based education, career guidance, and tertiary pathway initiatives.
• Implement behaviour management strategies and promote SPARK’s culture.
• Engage in scheduled professional development and contribute to school improvement.
