About the role
Guardrisk is recruiting an unemployed graduate for a twelve-month compliance development placement in Sandton. The programme combines practical experience with mentoring to introduce compliance work in the insurance and financial-services environment. It covers regulatory monitoring, compliance assessments, policy implementation and reporting. Completing the programme does not guarantee a permanent position.
Key responsibilities
- Support regulatory compliance monitoring and compliance assessments
- Assist with policy implementation, reporting and governance activities
Required profile
- South African citizen
- Currently unemployed
- Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma at NQF Level 7
- No previous participation in an internship or graduate programme
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail, communication and recordkeeping skills
- Willingness to develop within compliance and regulation
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable working accurately with records and communicating findings
