Community Manager (Social & Private)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Manager to own and nurture our extensive audience of over two million followers across social platforms and our exclusive, invite‑only membership community for wedding professionals. You will be responsible for turning engagement into measurable commercial outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day community interaction on all Wedded Wonderland and Wedded Network social accounts, including comments, DMs, story replies, shares and mentions.
• Define and enforce response standards for speed, tone, escalation, and brand‑appropriate communication.
• Run the private professional membership community: set daily rhythms, seed conversations, surface valuable content, and keep threads active.
• Oversee member onboarding, activation, and re‑engagement to reduce churn.
• Support events and masterclass logistics from promotion to post‑event replay distribution, owning attendance rates.
• Convert social and community engagement into sales for both B2C (Wedded Concierge, Wonderland Studio) and B2B products.
• Develop repeatable processes such as reply libraries, DM flows, link routing, lead capture and hand‑off to sales.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of community dynamics and luxury brand tone.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on timely, helpful responses.
• Ability to manage high‑volume interactions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in driving conversion from social engagement to revenue.
