About the role
Old Mutual is looking for self-motivated, dynamic people with an entrepreneurial spirit to join its team in Vanderbijlpark / Sasolburg. The role champions customers' lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, giving sound financial advice and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Procure new business
- Expand sales of products and services with existing customers
- Work mainly on your own leads
Required profile
- NQF Level 5 Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (required)
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude
Required skills
- Sales and selling: consultative selling, direct selling, strategic selling, building trust, strengthening customer relationships
- Customer focus: understanding prospects, qualifying them, probing questions, oral communication
- Sales data management and sales software
