Commissioned Financial Adviser – Mthatha & Surrounds

About the role

Old Mutual is seeking a self‑motivated Commissioned Financial Adviser to serve clients in Mthatha and surrounding areas. You will help customers achieve their long‑term financial goals by understanding their needs and delivering tailored advice and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate products and plans.
• Generate new business through prospecting and lead conversion.
• Expand sales of existing products and services to current customers.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of leads and manage the sales process end‑to‑end.
• Provide ongoing support and relationship management to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Self‑driven, dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong consultative selling orientation and customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Education: NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent.
