About the role
Old Mutual is looking for a self-motivated, dynamic individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join its team in Paarl. The role champions customers' lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, giving sound financial advice and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Procure new business
- Expand sales of products and services with existing customers
- Work mainly on own leads
Required profile
- Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4)
- 24 months of financial industry experience
- Regulatory Examination (RE5), Class of business and CPD points
- Valid driver's licence and own vehicle or access to a vehicle for work
- Criminal clear
Required skills
- Sales software and sales data management
- Consultative selling, direct selling and strategic selling
- Customer understanding, prospect qualification and relationship building
