About the role
Old Mutual is looking for self-motivated, dynamic people with an entrepreneurial spirit to join its team in Phuthaditjhaba. The role champions customers' lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, giving sound financial advice and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Procure new business
- Expand sales of products and services with existing customers
- Work mainly on your own leads
Required profile
- NQF Level 5 Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (required)
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude
Required skills
- Sales and direct selling skills such as consultative selling, qualifying prospects and strategic selling
- Customer service, customer understanding and relationship building
- Sales data management and sales software
