About the role
We are seeking a self‑motivated Commissioned Financial Adviser to join Old Mutual in Hartswater/De Aar. You will help customers achieve their lifetime financial goals by identifying needs, providing sound advice and delivering tailored financial plans.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and procure new business opportunities.
- Expand sales of Old Mutual products and services to existing customers.
- Manage your own leads and drive consultative selling processes.
- Maintain accurate sales data and use sales software to track performance.
Required profile
- Minimum NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate (or equivalent).
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to build trust and develop lasting client relationships.
Required skills
- Consultative selling.
- Customer‑focused communication.
- Identifying sales opportunities and qualifying prospects.
