About the role

Old Mutual is seeking self‑motivated, dynamic individuals to join its Commissioned Financial Adviser Campaign in the Free State. The role focuses on helping customers achieve their lifetime financial goals through tailored advice and solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customers' financial needs and provide sound, personalised financial advice.
• Recommend and implement fit‑for‑purpose financial plans and solutions.
• Procure new business and expand sales of products and services with existing customers.
• Work primarily on your own leads, driving consultative and direct selling activities.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for customer success.
• Education: NQF Level 5 – Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (required).
• Commitment to Old Mutual’s Employment Equity Plan and business unit objectives.

Required skills

• Consultative selling and direct selling techniques.
• Strong customer focus, relationship building and trust development.
• Ability to probe, qualify prospects and identify sales opportunities.
• Proficiency in sales data management and use of sales software.
