About the role
Old Mutual is recruiting a Commissioned Financial Adviser to work in Westville, Chatsworth, Pinetown, Durban and its surroundings. The role champions customers' lifetime goals by identifying their financial needs, giving sound financial advice and recommending and implementing fit-for-purpose financial plans and solutions. It is open to self-motivated, dynamic people with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Key responsibilities
- Procure new business
- Expand sales of products and services with existing customers
- Work mainly on your own leads
Required profile
- NQF Level 5 Higher, Advanced or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (required)
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial attitude
Required skills
- Sales and direct selling skills such as consultative selling, qualifying prospects and strategic selling
- Customer service and relationship building
- Sales data management and sales software
