About the role
CBOS is seeking motivated, commission‑only sales agents to generate new B2B software opportunities across South Africa. You will introduce our bespoke technology solutions to prospective clients and drive the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and market research.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client pain points and present CBOS’s software, integration and cloud services.
- Schedule and lead product demonstrations and technical discussions with decision‑makers.
- Negotiate terms, close deals and achieve monthly commission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, activities and pipeline in the CRM.
Required profile
- Confident, outgoing personality with a strong hunger to succeed.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Resilient, self‑motivated and able to handle rejection.
- Comfortable with cold calling, hunting new accounts and closing sales.
- Disciplined, results‑driven and commercially sharp.
Required skills
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Ability to build trust quickly with prospects.
- Basic understanding of software and technology solutions (no deep technical expertise required).
