Commission-Based Sales Agent – Short-Term Insurance

About the role

Join Global Direct as a Sales Agent responsible for promoting short‑term insurance products offered by The Unlimited. This is a fully commission‑based position with flexible hours, allowing you to earn based on your sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on leads and prospects actively.
• Present The Unlimited’s short‑term insurance products professionally.
• Close sales and complete accurate application paperwork.
• Build and maintain client relationships while delivering excellent customer service.
• Meet individual sales targets and report activity as required.

Required profile

• At least 50% average in matric (NQF 4) or any higher qualification (NQF 5+).
• Proven sales ability or strong motivation to sell; insurance experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Reliable transport for local client visits.
• Basic smartphone with ability to use simple sales/admin apps.
• South African citizen with a valid ID.
