Commercial Operations Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for a highly organised and commercially minded Commercial Operations Manager to join a fast‑paced Banking Commercial team. The role ensures commercial agreements progress efficiently from approval through to execution and implementation, supporting contract administration, NDA management and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive contract completion and execution, ensuring agreements reflect approved terms and tracking them through review, approval and signature stages.
• Manage NDAs and maintain an auditable repository of contracts and legal documents.
• Review agreements for commercial accuracy, identify discrepancies and act as a quality‑control checkpoint before sign‑off.
• Coordinate implementation of new products, pricing changes and partner integrations, managing timelines, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Track commercial workstreams and project pipelines, produce status reports and identify process improvements.

Required profile

• Relevant degree, diploma or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in commercial operations, contract management, legal operations, vendor or project management within banking, payments or fintech environments.
• Strong contract administration and document management experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and strong analytical attention to detail.

Required skills

• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana or similar project tools.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI for dashboard reporting.
