Commercial Intern – Support Key Account Management

About the role

Join Givaudan as a Commercial Intern and work closely with the Key Account Manager and the broader Commercial team. You will help manage customer projects, coordinate visits, and provide essential administrative support, gaining exposure to a global leader in fragrance, flavour and beauty solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing customer project systems and follow‑up on actions from visits.
• Prepare monthly sales reports and support CRM data maintenance.
• Plan and coordinate customer visits and meetings in line with business priorities.
• Prepare presentation materials for customer engagements led by the Key Account Manager.
• Handle price quotation requests and update pricing information across systems.
• Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure compliance.
• Request, dispatch and track product samples, including required documentation.
• Support travel arrangements, minute taking and action tracking for the Key Account Manager.
• Organise filing, both physical and electronic, for customer documentation and project reports.
