Commercial Finance Manager – BSG Exchange Operations

About the role

In this role you will manage the BSG Exchange, ensuring a productive, safe, and brand‑aligned in‑person experience. You will improve operational effectiveness through technology, automation and AI, and partner with People Effectiveness and Marketing to deliver a seamless experience for staff, candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational governance for the BSG Exchange, setting standards for readiness, workspace quality and client experience.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power BI and Copilot, building workflows, dashboards and AI‑enabled processes.
• Manage landlord, building services and vendor performance, review commercial terms, SLAs and contracts, and oversee budgets and procurement.
• Lead governance for internal events, client sessions and workshops, defining briefs, AV requirements and risk plans.
• Maintain health‑and‑safety compliance, manage risk registers, incident logs and conduct drills.

Required profile

• Post‑matric qualification (BCom degree) and at least eight years in operations or business support roles.
• Three to five years of experience in office, facilities or operational management with vendor and budget ownership.

Required skills

• Advanced capability with Microsoft 365.
• Intermediate to advanced use of Power Automate and Power BI.
• Experience creating basic AI agents or workflow automations, including Copilot.
