Commercial Client Care Advisor

About the role

The Commercial Client Care Advisor will join OUTsurance’s Business Client Care Department, handling inbound calls from existing clients and actively upselling additional insurance products. This position blends customer service excellence with sales drive, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions while meeting the company’s growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and manage inbound client inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
• Identify upsell opportunities and promote relevant insurance policies to existing customers.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while adhering to compliance standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex client issues.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric qualification or equivalent.
• FAIS accreditation (RE and Full Qualification) or completed FAIS Exams (RE5) for those with prior financial industry experience.
• Extensive sales and customer‑service experience, preferably in a call‑centre environment.
• Strong attention to detail, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
