Command Centre Intern – Real‑time Payments Monitoring

About the role

We are looking for a Command Centre Intern to join our Operations team and support real‑time EFT and online transaction processing. The role provides hands‑on experience monitoring critical payment systems in a fast‑moving FinTech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform real‑time system checks on servers, data processing activities and network connectivity.
• Identify, log and escalate alerts according to SLA/OLA timelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to servers, data flows and connectivity.
• Document incidents and follow escalation procedures when required.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Participate in post‑incident reviews and suggest continuous‑improvement actions.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (Bachelor in Computer Science or related field is advantageous).
• 0‑12 months experience in technical support or IT operations (graduates encouraged to apply).
• Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail to help maintain near‑100 % system uptime.
• Can‑do attitude and service‑first mindset.

Required skills

• Understanding of systems monitoring and alert handling.
• Familiarity with EFT switching and batch processing environments.
• Knowledge of file‑movement protocols such as SFTP and XCOM.
