Coding Instructor

About the role

Codingal is seeking enthusiastic instructors to deliver live, interactive coding lessons to K-12 students across India and beyond. As a remote educator, you will help young learners discover the joy of building apps, games, and websites while developing logical thinking and problem‑solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Teach coding concepts live through Codingal’s online platform, ensuring lessons are fun, age‑appropriate, and engaging.
• Track student progress, assess assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share updates and address concerns.
• Participate in ongoing training, teacher development programs, and curriculum updates.

Required profile

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, M.Tech, or equivalent).
• Strong programming fundamentals and comfortable with at least one language such as Python, JavaScript, Scratch, or Java.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
• Reliable home office setup: laptop/desktop with camera, microphone, and stable internet (≥10 Mbps).
