About the role

Join Business Directive Contract Services as a Code 10 Delivery Driver with a PDP endorsement. You will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering items across Cape Town while upholding our values of integrity and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and deliver items to clients, stores, or sites according to schedules and safety protocols.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness, accurate charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations to maintain a secure delivery process.
• Coordinate with dispatch using effective communication to ensure an organized workflow.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, perform routine inspections, and report issues promptly.
• Handle confidential or sensitive delivery information responsibly.

Required profile

• Matric or equivalent (NCV L4) qualification.
• Valid Code 8/10 driver’s licence with a valid PDP endorsement.
• Clear criminal record.
• 2‑3 years of courier/delivery experience, preferably in Cape Town.
• Own Android smartphone for job‑related communication.
• Ability to work shifts and reside in Cape Town.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Strong navigation skills – able to read road maps and operate a GPS.
• Team‑player attitude with flexibility.
