Cluster Real Estate and Facility Lead – Corporate Division

About the role

We are looking for a Cluster Real Estate and Facility Lead to join Bosch’s Corporate division in Midrand. The role will oversee real‑estate and facility management activities across the cluster, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and local requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance of guidelines, standards and strategies with local country requirements and drive harmonisation of core processes.
• Manage operational real‑estate work at cluster level, including FM operations and space‑service provision.
• Evaluate site status, define investment‑planning actions and steer cluster‑wide real‑estate demands.
• Support site representatives and stakeholders, and drive resource and competence management for the real‑estate community.
• Facilitate bottom‑up business planning and reporting, ensuring quality and consistency to regional level.
• Cascade GR targets, implement digitalisation, sustainability and portfolio‑development initiatives.
• Align regional and local portfolio initiatives with global business units and stakeholders.
• Lead technical projects, share resources and knowledge, and manage GR site functions (FCM, on‑site).
• Execute real‑estate projects such as buying, leasing, building or exiting properties as required.

Required profile

• Relevant degree; a Master’s in engineering or business is advantageous.
• Background in law is a plus.
• More than 5 years of experience in real‑estate, with strong process‑management expertise.
• Proven management experience and experience in project steering and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of HSE topics is preferred.
