Cloud Systems Administrator and Support

About the role

We are a technology‑driven organisation seeking an Intermediate Cloud Systems Administrator & Support Technician to join our IT team. You will manage Microsoft Azure services, ensure secure infrastructure, and provide end‑user support within a modern Microsoft environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Intune.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure, networking, and security controls.
• Implement and monitor cloud security solutions and policies.
• Support Microsoft Defender security products and email security platforms.
• Administer Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Assist with identity and access management, including privileged access controls.
• Support SharePoint administration and user access management.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot endpoint security solutions.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to ensure compliance and operational effectiveness.
• Provide technical support to end users and assist with general IT operations.
• Support backup, monitoring, alerting, and disaster recovery processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and support.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Server.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking and security fundamentals.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
