Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

Join Aculocity’s Global Infrastructure & Cloud Team as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer. You will work on a hybrid and multi‑cloud environment, collaborating with a US‑based Infrastructure Architect and the broader cloud team to design, implement and support enterprise‑grade solutions across Azure, AWS and on‑premises platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain infrastructure services in Azure, AWS and on‑premises data centres.
• Support cloud migration, modernization and standardisation initiatives, with Azure as the primary strategic platform.
• Manage core services such as networking, virtualization, storage, backup, monitoring and identity management.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes.
• Assist with disaster‑recovery testing, backup validation and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with global architects, engineers, developers and IT teams to deliver reliable services.
• Document technical designs, standards and operational procedures.
• Contribute to automation, security enhancements and cost‑optimisation efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience working with Azure and AWS in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of networking, virtualization, storage and backup concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with monitoring, identity management and disaster‑recovery processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and drive continuous improvement.
