About the role

We are seeking a Clinique Shared Beauty Advisor to join our Foschini store at Canal Walk. The role focuses on driving store turnover, managing stock, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve store turnover targets, acquire new accounts and earn rewards.
• Provide excellent customer service to all shoppers.
• Manage stock, including daily stock counts.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Execute administrative tasks as required.

Required profile

• Beauty‑related qualification (desirable).
• 2–3 years retail experience.
• 1–2 years cosmetics experience.

• Excellent selling skills.
• Strong interest in retail and cosmetics.
• Effective communication and persuasion at all levels.
• Initiative, resourcefulness and ability to implement solutions in a fast‑paced environment.
