Client Success Manager

About the role

Punch! is looking for a Client Success Manager to drive client satisfaction and growth. You will own the onboarding journey, nurture long‑term relationships, and identify upsell opportunities within a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and clear communication.
• Gather metrics, build reports, and conduct quality‑control reviews.
• Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Manage scope creep and align client expectations with team capabilities.
• Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager on resource allocation and scheduling.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic advice and spotting new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years in a Sales, Marketing Agency, Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management role.
• Experience with B2B marketing is advantageous.
• Proactive relationship‑building skills and ability to communicate effectively at all client levels.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Positive, professional attitude with excellent written and verbal communication.
