About the role
Punch! is looking for a Client Success Manager to drive client satisfaction and growth. You will own the onboarding journey, nurture long‑term relationships, and identify upsell opportunities within a remote‑first environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding, ensuring timelines and milestones are met.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings and clear communication.
- Gather metrics, build reports, and conduct quality‑control reviews.
- Identify and pursue upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
- Manage scope creep and align client expectations with team capabilities.
- Collaborate with the Sales Development Manager on resource allocation and scheduling.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic advice and spotting new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years in a Sales, Marketing Agency, Customer Success, Relationship Management, or Account Management role.
- Experience with B2B marketing is advantageous.
- Proactive relationship‑building skills and ability to communicate effectively at all client levels.
- Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Positive, professional attitude with excellent written and verbal communication.
