About the role
We are looking for a full‑time Remote Sales Trainer to design, deliver and continuously improve sales training programs for our high‑performance outbound calling teams. You will work closely with new clients to translate their offers into actionable playbooks and certify agents before they start dialing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop one‑page client playbooks and conduct 90‑minute certification sessions for each new client.
- Onboard new hires, guiding agents to live dialing by day 11 using the 2CT method, client‑specific certification, and performance gates.
- Provide live floor coaching, intervening in real time to correct tone, ask, and technique within 15 minutes.
- Review and score at least 20 calls per week per client, delivering written debriefs and updating training within 48 hours.
- Maintain an objection library, logging new objections, scripting tested responses, and updating the asset within 48 hours.
- Set performance thresholds; agents not ramping within 30 days are retrained or released.
- Participate in client kickoff meetings, translating founder sales approaches into internal training within 72 hours.
- Build a self‑coaching system for team leads, aiming for floor autonomy by month nine.
Required profile
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
- Proven experience in sales training and training‑and‑development strategy.
