Client Services Manager – Sales & Project Management

About the role

Our client, a well‑established corporate interiors and office solutions company based on the East Rand of Johannesburg, is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager. This 2‑in‑1 role combines client services, sales and project management, overseeing projects from enquiry through to installation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate sales within the corporate and commercial market.
• Manage the full sales process from initial client enquiry through to quotation, order confirmation and project completion.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and project costing.
• Coordinate projects from order stage through to delivery and installation, managing timelines, budgets, suppliers and contractors.
• Liaise with clients throughout the project to provide updates and ensure expectations are met.
• Resolve client, installation or project‑related issues efficiently and professionally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client services, sales, account management and/or project management.
• Experience in commercial interior fit‑out, corporate interiors, office furniture or workplace solutions industry.
• Knowledge of office boards, partitions, walling supplies, fittings, fixtures, boardroom facilities and interior finishes.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills with strong sales ability.
• Good project coordination, organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (advantageous).
