Client Service Liaison

About the role

Are you a confident, well‑spoken individual with a passion for customer service, relationship building and sales? Our client is looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Service Liaison to join their team on a half‑day basis. This flexible part‑time position plays an important role in growing and maintaining the company’s client network while working closely with the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with new business development.
• Contact potential clients telephonically and introduce services.
• Follow up on leads, enquiries and previous conversations.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage client queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with digital engagement and online communication.
• Update and maintain accurate client information.
• Identify potential business opportunities and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service, telesales, internal sales or client‑facing role.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking to prospective clients.
• Experience managing or working with digital platforms and online communication.
• Strong communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
• Well‑spoken, confident and professional with an excellent telephone manner.
• Strong follow‑up and organisational skills.
• Customer‑focused with a proactive approach.
• Must reside in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
• Must have reliable Wi‑Fi/internet access when working remotely.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision.
