Client Service Intern

About the role

Stratitude is an award‑winning full‑service marketing agency looking for a motivated Client Service Intern to support its client‑facing teams. The intern will gain hands‑on experience in account management, campaign planning and execution across digital, social and traditional channels while working in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct industry research to support client strategies.
• Assist in brainstorming sessions and idea development.
• Participate in client meetings and help with logistical coordination.
• Provide administrative support and ensure office supplies are stocked.
• Support the execution of campaigns in digital marketing, direct marketing, social media, advertising, internal communication and public relations.
• Collaborate with various departments to deliver tasks required by the agency.
• Identify and flag issues proactively and suggest new business opportunities for clients.

Required profile

• Currently studying or completed a degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong willingness to learn, dependable and able to commit to a 6‑month internship.
• Team‑player attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Creative thinker who can challenge the norm and propose innovative ideas.
• Self‑motivated, positive presentation and career‑oriented mindset.
• Proactive in identifying communication and business opportunities for clients.
