Client Relations Consultant

About the role

As a Client Relations Consultant you will be the first point of contact for customers at the Leratong Mall location, delivering a positive experience by understanding needs, providing solutions and guiding them to the right service channels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced product and service information to customers.
• Record and process customer orders, selecting the most appropriate approach.
• Handle basic and advanced issues such as returns, exchanges and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Make outbound calls or in‑person visits to prospective customers to develop relationships.
• Enter accurate data into the CRM system after each interaction.
• Interview customers using a multilevel sales script to clarify requirements.
• Deliver exceptional service to encourage renewals and continued use of our products.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory codes and conduct standards.
• Participate in training and coaching to build technical and process skills.

Required profile

• Minimum education: NQF Level 4 – Grade 12, School Leaving Certificate or equivalent.
