Client Liaison Consultant – Sasolmed Service Team

About the role

The Client Liaison Consultant will work on‑site at the Sasolmed walk‑in centre, acting as an extension of the medical scheme. The role involves handling complex escalated queries, supporting wellbeing initiatives and providing training assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, resolve and report on escalated queries from scheme management, council of medical schemes and social media platforms.
• Manage public‑domain complaints, including those posted on platforms such as Hello Peter and blogs.
• Analyse numerical and verbal data to develop workable solutions and implement root‑cause improvements.
• Maintain strong relationships with members, internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Draft professional written responses in English and Afrikaans, subject to executive and legal review.
• Coordinate personal and team administration while monitoring quality and productivity.

Required profile

• Matric qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Fluent speaking and writing in Afrikaans and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage diverse relationships.
• Strong ethics, resilience and a customer‑focused attitude.
