Client Engagement Adviser – Bloemfontein

About the role

Santam Insurance is seeking a permanent Client Engagement Adviser to join its Bloemfontein office. You will deliver world‑class insurance products and services while meeting quality, productivity and customer‑satisfaction targets in a call‑center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Capture client information accurately in the designated system.
• Execute client requests within agreed timeframes, quality standards and legislation.
• Handle all administrative tasks according to established turnaround times.
• Engage clients with a client‑centric approach and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Provide professional service via telephone and written correspondence, consistently meeting or exceeding service‑level agreements.
• Maintain excellent time‑management and achieve agreed productivity targets.

Required profile

• Grade 12/Matric (NQF Level 4); short‑term insurance regulatory exam (RE5) is advantageous.
• 5‑7 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in short‑term insurance.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
• Personal attributes: customer focus, results‑driven, innovative, resilient and collaborative.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Self‑motivation and basic administrative competence.
