About the role
An exciting permanent opportunity is available within Santam Client Solutions for a Client Engagement Adviser. The role is based at the Tygervalley office in Cape Town and focuses on delivering world‑class insurance products and services in a call‑center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately capture client information in the designated system.
- Execute client requests within agreed timeframes, quality standards and legislation.
- Handle administrative tasks according to set standards and turnaround times.
- Engage with clients in a client‑centric manner and ensure queries are resolved promptly.
- Provide professional service both telephonically and through written correspondence.
- Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality targets.
Required profile
- Grade 12/Matric and NQF Level 4 qualification in Short‑Term Insurance.
- 5–7 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in short‑term insurance.
- Ability to speak Afrikaans.
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime.
- Regulatory Exam (RE 5) is advantageous.
