Client Care Advisor

About the role

OUTsurance is hiring a Client Care Advisor in its Client Care Department in Centurion. The role involves handling calls from existing clients and acting as a client service advisor, including upselling existing policies. It requires high attention to detail and professional, efficient handling of client queries and complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from existing clients within the Client Care Department.
• Upsell existing policies to current clients.
• Resolve client queries and complaints professionally, efficiently and competently.

Required profile

• Minimum Matric qualification or equivalent.
• FAIS accreditation is essential for those who worked in financial services before December 2010; RE5 is preferred.
• Extensive sales and customer service experience is essential.
• Previous call centre experience, preferably in a client-centric or sales/retention environment.
