Chocolate Advisor – Flexi Permanent (180 hrs)

About the role

The Chocolate Advisor will act as an ambassador for Lindt, ensuring every customer enjoys a premium chocolate experience. This flexible, permanent position involves both in‑store service and phone support, with a focus on sales and product knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting guests, offering samples, and providing detailed product information.
• Achieve sales targets by upselling, informing customers of promotions, and managing POS transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restock merchandise, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Handle credit‑card transactions, manage tills, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Process large orders, assist with stock counts, and receive deliveries.
• Monitor daily sales, manage inventory, and support loss‑prevention initiatives.

Required profile

• Confident, friendly disposition with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Impeccable grooming and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
• Responsibility for meeting individual sales goals and maintaining a pleasant store atmosphere.
