The role is suited to a commercially astute leader with a proven track record in investment management, transaction execution, and portfolio optimisation across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization’s investment strategy aligned with long‑term growth objectives.
• Lead origination, evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities, structuring complex transactions and negotiating commercial terms.
• Conduct comprehensive financial, commercial, operational and strategic due diligence, including detailed financial modeling, valuation and risk analysis.
• Monitor and drive performance of portfolio companies, partnering with management to enhance profitability, growth and shareholder value.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors, boards, executive leadership and external advisors, representing the organization in negotiations and strategic partnerships.
