Chief Financial Officer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, commercially‑minded Chief Financial Officer to join a fast‑growing, board‑governed group operating in the betting, gaming and wagering sector. As a member of the Executive Committee, the CFO will partner closely with the CEO to shape financial strategy, drive commercial performance and ensure robust financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO and EXCO, aligning financial strategy with overall business objectives.
• Provide product‑level economics, pricing and margin analysis to support commercial decisions.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning across the Group.
• Oversee financial control, treasury, tax, procurement, audit and statutory reporting.
• Represent the Finance function at Board level, delivering insight into performance, risk and capital allocation.
• Develop data and analytics capabilities to link financial results with product, customer and channel data.

Required profile

• Senior finance leader with a strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Proven experience in financial governance, budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
• Ability to operate beyond traditional finance boundaries in a fast‑paced, scaling environment.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to Board and senior executives.
