About the role
Hunter Gatherer Consulting is looking for a Certified Polygraph Examiner to support its recruitment, compliance and investigative processes. The role involves conducting polygraph tests, analysing results and delivering objective reports to HR and management.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct professional polygraph examinations, including pre‑employment, incident‑related and compliance checks.
- Prepare clear, objective reports summarising findings for HR, legal and management teams.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the highest ethical standards throughout the testing process.
Required profile
- Accredited Polygraph Examiner certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in polygraph testing within law enforcement, corporate or private‑sector environments.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Familiarity with South African labour laws is an advantage.
