Central Reservations & Customer Service Agent

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Central Reservations and Customer Service Agent to join their team in Airport City, Cape Town. The role involves handling reservation enquiries, providing high‑quality support, and ensuring smooth interactions across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle reservation enquiries and bookings professionally via telephone, email and other channels.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries or complaints promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer and booking records.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Ensure all bookings and interactions comply with company procedures.
• Work rotating shifts as required by the department.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in central reservations or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Computer literate with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work shift patterns.

What we offer

• Salary range R12 000 – R13 000 per month.
• Shift‑based working hours: Monday‑Friday 07:00‑19:00, Saturday‑Sunday 08:00‑17:00.
• On‑site role in Airport City, Cape Town.
