Central Planning Analyst: Replenishment

About the role

The Central Planning Analyst will own the analysis of replenishment performance, provide user support and ensure operational governance of RPL policies and processes to meet the company's merchandise objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intensive analysis and interrogation of replenishment performance across the company (Analysis – 30%).
• Proactively report on exceptions, risks and opportunities, delivering recommendations to the business (Reporting – 25%).
• Govern replenishment policies and procedures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement (Governance – 25%).
• Deliver process training and refresher sessions to all users (Training & Development – 20%).

Required profile

• Grade 12/Matric and a B.Com/B.Sc degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or Business Science, or relevant National Diplomas.
• Minimum 3 years of product planning experience in clothing retail or FMCG, with hands‑on experience in replenishment planning systems and advanced Excel.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competent use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with the Just Enough tool or a similar replenishment system.
