Central Condition Monitor – Global Grade 09

About the role

The Central Condition Monitor will lead the interpretation of condition‑monitoring data across a global fleet, ensuring equipment health and optimal performance. You will develop preventative maintenance checklists, manage oil‑sampling programs, and drive data‑based maintenance decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret condition‑monitoring elements and translate them into actionable maintenance plans.
• Define and maintain preventative‑maintenance checklists for each equipment model using MARC/CVA systems.
• Manage scheduled oil‑sampling data, recommend interventions, and analyse trends.
• Oversee VIMS and Minestar health information, ensuring data integrity.
• Run fleet productivity optimisation programmes and aggregate data for informed recommendations.
• Achieve team Balance Scorecard targets and service KPI’s.
• Maintain a personal development action plan and ensure self‑management of performance.

Required profile

• Qualified Artisan or mechanic in a relevant trade (e.g., diesel, earthmoving).
• Minimum 5 years post‑apprenticeship experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of field service, MARC & CVA, and general bay operations.
• Excellent business communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Numerical reasoning and analytical judgement.
