About the role
VKB Retail is recruiting a permanent Cashier in Vrede, Free State. The position is open to entry-level candidates with matric (Grade 12); previous similar experience is recommended but not stated as a minimum. The advert closes tomorrow.
Key responsibilities
- Process paypoint sales and credit transactions
- Provide customer service
- Process and allocate receipts
- Handle card receipts and back-office tasks
- Perform daily cash banking
- Assist with stock counts and reconciliation
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) or NQF 4
- Fluent Afrikaans and English
- Knowledge of agricultural products and goods received vouchers
- Previous similar experience recommended
Required skills
- Microsoft Office literacy
- Business Central knowledge is advantageous
