About the role
The cashier will be the first point of contact for guests at a fast‑food restaurant in Mandeni. This role combines cash handling, order preparation and friendly customer interaction while ensuring that all products are prepared according to standard operating procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with SOPs.
- Uphold food safety standards at all times.
- Prepare menu items quickly and accurately following SOPs.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle transactions efficiently.
- Ensure quality products are received and presented to customers as required.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant or fast‑food service.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification.
