About the role

Andile's Capital Markets Graduate Programme is a six‑month accelerator that immerses graduates in capital and financial markets, AI tools, and core trading platforms. You will rotate across business areas, deepen technical expertise, and gain real client exposure while building lasting professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Month 1 – Foundations: Structured training on market instruments, trade lifecycle, risk, settlement, regulation and AI Fluency.
• Months 2‑3 – Rotations: Work with Calypso, FinMio Risk, Front Arena and FinMechanics teams to understand business‑systems analysis and engineering perspectives.
• Months 4‑6 – Specialisation: Join a specific business unit for focused technical training and first client engagements.
