Campaign Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Campaign Specialist to support the Call Centre Manager of a short‑term insurance and financial services business. The role is responsible for improving productivity, sales performance and operational efficiency across the sales call centre.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales and productivity reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Analyse sales, conversion, productivity and operational trends, identify gaps and recommend actions to improve performance.
• Monitor lead pipeline flow, manage lead prioritisation and campaign allocations, and flag pipeline issues or shortages.
• Assist with campaign setup, optimisation and reporting, working closely with team leaders.
• Support operational planning, create presentations for meetings, and keep operational trackers and dashboards up‑to‑date.
• Provide operational oversight and escalation of critical concerns when the Call Centre Manager is unavailable.
• Drive accountability for reporting, productivity and operational disciplines, and help implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
• Completed Business or Marketing degree (preferred).
• 2‑3 years’ management experience in a sales‑driven call centre.
• Proven experience managing sales campaigns and overseeing reporting.
• Strong sales call centre background.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with a dialler system.
