About the role
Lead and manage a team of call centre sales agents in Randburg, ensuring achievement of sales, conversion, quality and operational targets. The role involves daily performance monitoring, coaching, and adherence to campaign and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily and weekly performance targets and monitor progress against KPIs.
- Coach and develop agents to improve productivity, sales performance and customer interactions.
- Conduct call monitoring and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain a motivated, accountable and high‑performing team environment.
- Analyse team performance and report to management.
Required profile
- 2–3 years’ experience in a call centre or sales environment, with at least 1 year in a team‑leader or supervisor role.
- Strong performance‑management mindset, good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a target‑driven, high‑pressure environment.
- Leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
