Call Centre Sales Agent – US Business Funding (Cape Town)

About the role

We are looking for energetic Call Centre Sales Agents to join Fundwell’s Cape Town floor. You will contact US‑based small and medium‑sized business owners, uncover their funding needs and guide them through our fast, transparent financing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150‑200+ outbound calls daily to US business owners.
• Handle objections confidently and keep control of each conversation.
• Quickly assess a business’s financing requirements and match them with the appropriate funding solution.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through rigorous qualification and follow‑up.
• Update client information and activity in the CRM in real time.
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Clear, neutral English accent with excellent verbal communication.
• High energy, resilience and a competitive, target‑driven mindset.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and speaking directly with decision‑makers.
• Strong organisational habits and discipline in CRM usage.
• Eligible to work in South Africa.
• Willing to work on‑site in Cape Town CBD on US‑aligned hours (14:00‑23:00 or 15:00‑00:00).
