Call Centre Sales Agent – High‑Volume Outbound (Cape Town)

About the role

Fundwell is seeking an energetic Call Centre Sales Agent to join its Cape Town office. You will engage US‑based business owners, qualify funding opportunities and guide them through the application process in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Make 150‑200+ outbound cold calls daily to prospective business clients.
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations focused on decision‑makers.
• Identify business financing needs quickly and propose suitable funding solutions.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through effective qualification and follow‑ups.
• Update client records in real‑time using CRM systems.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales or high‑volume cold‑calling environments.
• Clear, confident neutral English accent with strong verbal communication.
• Excellent objection‑handling, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to sustain 150‑200+ dials per day under pressure.
• High energy, motivated and resilient with a results‑focused mindset.
• Exposure to UK or US markets is a plus.
• Fully committed to onsite work and US‑aligned working hours.
