Call Centre Agent – Port Elizabeth (Full‑Time)

About the role

Pace Car Rental is seeking motivated Call Centre Agents for its Port Elizabeth hub. The position is permanent, full‑time and involves handling both inbound and outbound customer interactions in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Resolve urgent and sensitive client queries, applying sound judgment.
• De‑escalate challenging conversations and ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain precise call records and follow‑up actions.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, risk protocols and service standards.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to meet performance targets.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Risk Management or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years experience in a call centre, operations or client‑service environment.
• Ability to stay calm, professional and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays.
